The Board of Directors of FACB Industries Incorporated Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company has declared a single-tier interim dividend of 2.6 sen per share in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2023. The single-tier interim dividend will be paid on 18 January 2023 to the shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors on 30 December 2022.
