The Board of Directors of FACB Industries Incorporated Berhad is pleased to recommend a final single-tier dividend of 1.7 sen per ordinary share amounting to approximately RM1,426,000 in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2023, subject to approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
A further announcement shall be made upon finalisation of the entitlement date and the payment date of the proposed dividend.
