Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 21 July 2025 in relation to the Offer.
In accordance with Paragraph 3.06 of the Rules on Take-Overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions, the Board (save for the interested directors of FACB, namely, Chen Yiy Fon and Puan Sri Lee Chou Sarn) has resolved to appoint MainStreet Advisers Sdn Bhd as the Independent Adviser to provide comments, opinions, information and recommendation on the Offer to the non-interested directors of FACB and the holders of the Offer Shares.
