(For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the IAC dated 21 August 2025 in relation to the Offer.)

Reference is made to the IAC dated 21 August 2025 in relation to the Offer. Please refer to the earlier announcement reference number: DCS-21082025-00012.

We wish to inform the Holders that there was an omission of a date reference on page 12 of the IAC, as extracted below:

“Pursuant to subparagraph 11.04(2) of the Rules, the SC had vide its letter dated [date], given its notification that it has no further comments on the contents of this IAC and such notification shall not be taken to suggest that the SC agrees with the recommendation contained herein or assumes responsibility for the correctness of any statements made or opinions expressed or reports presented in this IAC.”

The omitted date is 20 August 2025, and the corrected paragraph should read as follows:

“Pursuant to subparagraph 11.04(2) of the Rules, the SC had vide its letter dated 20 August 2025, given its notification that it has no further comments on the contents of this IAC and such notification shall not be taken to suggest that the SC agrees with the recommendation contained herein or assumes responsibility for the correctness of any statements made or opinions expressed or reports presented in this IAC.”

Save for the above, all other information in the IAC remains unchanged. The omission is clerical in nature and not a material omission and does not affect the Independent Adviser’s view or recommendation.
