FACB Industries Incorporated Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company shall be seeking its shareholders' approvals at the forthcoming 33rd Annual General Meeting for a proposed renewal of its existing authority to purchase and/or hold up to 10% of its issued and paid-up share capital, and a proposed amendment of its Articles of Association.

The existing authority for share buy-back was approved by its shareholders at the 32nd Annual General Meeting held on 7 December 2011, and shall expire at the conclusion of the 33rd Annual General Meeting.

The notice convening the 33rd Annual General Meeting and details of the proposed renewal and the proposed amendment shall be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
