The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements dated 12 December 2012 and 2 April 2013 in relation to the Proposed Disposals.
On behalf of FACB, RHB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that in relation to the sale and purchase agreement dated 12 December 2012 on the Proposed Disposal of Property, all the conditions precedent has been fulfilled and the Proposed Disposal of Property was completed on 16 July 2013. Accordingly, the abovementioned completion of the Proposed Disposal of Property and the Proposed Disposal of KTSB which was completed on 1 April 2013 (vide an announcement dated 2 April 2013) mark the completion of the Proposed Disposals. This announcement is dated 17 July 2013. |
