We are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of FACB Industries Incorporated Berhad has recommended a 3.2% gross final dividend per share less 25% taxation for the financial year ended 30 June 2013, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. A further announcement shall be made at a later date upon finalisation of the entitlement date and the payment date of the proposed dividend. This announcement is dated 28 August 2013. |
