With notification dated 10 September 2015 on deregistration of its 55% indirect subsidiary Nantong Dreamland Steel Products Co Ltd ("JV Company") in China, FACB Industries Incorporated Berhad ("FACBI") wishes to announce that the JV Company which was no longer in operation ceases to be its indirect subsidiary.

The JV Company's total paid up capital was RMB3.5 million. The cessation does not have any material effect on the earnings per share, gearing and net asset per share of the FACBI Group.

None of the directors or major shareholders of FACBI or persons connected to them, have any interests, direct or indirect in the cessation.
