We are pleased to announce that FACB Industries Incorporated Berhad's Board of Directors recommends a final single-tier dividend of 2.5% per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2016, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
