FACB Industries Incorporated Berhad ("FACBI") wishes to announce that FACBI was notified on 6 February 2017 that its wholly owned subsidiary Global Glister Limited ("GGL") has been deregistered on 27 January 2017 by Companies Registry of Hong Kong. GGL was incorporated in Hong Kong with a paid up capital of HK$2.00. GGL has been a dormant company and the deregistration is not expected to have any material effect on net assets and earnings of FACBI for the financial year ending 30 June 2017. None of the directors, substantial shareholders of FACBI and any persons connected with them have any direct or indirect interests in the deregistration. This announcement is dated 6 February 2017. |
