FACB Industries Incorporated Berhad ("Company") wish to announce that the Company received on 25 July 2017 notices pursuant to Section 308(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 from Companies Commission of Malaysia all dated 13 July 2017 on the striking-off of the following subsidiaries:

1. Creation Holdings Berhad

2. Estasi Stainlessware Sdn Bhd

3. Kanzen Chuzoo Sdn Bhd

4. Kanzen Hartanah Sdn Bhd

5. Kanzen Land Sdn Bhd

6. Kanzen Properties Sdn Bhd

(All the above subsidiaries are hereinafter collectively referred to as "Relevant Subsidiaries").

The Relevant Subsidiaries are incorporated in Malaysia and dormant. The striking-off of the Relevant Subsidiaries is not expected to have any material effect on the net assets and the earnings of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2018.

None of the directors and substantial shareholders of the Company and any persons connected with them have any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the striking-off.
