FACB Industries Incorporated Berhad ("Company") wish to announce that the Company noted on 22 August 2017 in the official portal of Companies Commission of Malaysia a notice pursuant to Section 308(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 dated 16 August 2017 on the striking-off of its wholly owned subsidiary Dream Tours Sdn Bhd ("DTSB").

DTSB is incorporated in Malaysia and dormant. The striking-off of DTSB is not expected to have any material effect on the net asset and the earnings of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2018.

None of the directors and substantial shareholders of the Company and any persons connected with them have any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the striking-off.
