We refer to FACB Industries Incorporated Berhad ("FACBI")'s announcement on 7 September 2017 in respect of the above matter.

FACBI wish to announce that Kanzen Kagu Sdn Bhd (In Members' Voluntary Liquidation) ("KKSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of FACBI, had convened a Final Meeting on 26 September 2018 to conclude the winding up proceedings.

KKSB shall be deemed dissolved on the expiration of three (3) months after lodgement of statutory returns by the Liquidator relating to the Final Meetings on 26 September 2018 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
