PROPOSED FINAL DIVIDEND |
We wish to announce that FACB Industries Incorporated Berhad's Board of Directors recommends a final single-tier dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2019, subject to approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
A further announcement shall be made at a later date upon finalisation of the entitlement date and the payment date of the proposed dividend.
