We refer to the above article appearing in New Straits Times, Biz News, page
41, on Thursday, 6 December 2007, a copy of which is enclosed for your
reference.

In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentence
which is reproduced as follows:-

" FACB Industries Inc Bhd expects revenue to jump by 20 per cent for the year
ending June 2008 ..."

We refer to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's letter dated 6 December 2007 in relation to the article which appears in the New Straits Times, Biz News, page 41, on Thursday 6 December 2007 with particular reference to the following sentence:-

"FACB Industries Inc Bhd expects revenue to jump by 20 per cent for the year ending June 2008 ..."

We wish to state that the indicative revenue growth figure disclosed by the Company to the Business Times journalist was merely an internal target set by the Company which is part of the Company's 5-years internal Business Plan.
