We are pleased to announce that FACB Industries Incorporated Berhad's Board of Directors recommends a final single-tier dividend of 2.5% per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2016, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. A further announcement shall be made at a later date upon finalisation of the entitlement date and the payment date of the proposed dividend. This announcement is dated 24 August 2016.
